YANGON: An American citizen is becoming wrongfully detained in junta-dominated Myanmar, a US embassy spokesperson instructed AFP on Friday.
“We are knowledgeable of the wrongful detention of a US citizen in Burma,” the spokesperson told AFP, working with the country’s previous title.
